Ebony is a born-again Christ-follower who unselfishly uses her gifts to inspire and motivate others to believe that all things are possible for those who believe. She is a natural, energetic, bold and passionate motivational speaker, pushing entrepreneurial minds to shift their mindset to climb outside the box to serve their dreams, business, family and community.

She has a heart and passion for working with children and families--the underserved, unappreciated and the unnoticed. Ms. Young is a ‘Change Agent’ and lives by the golden motto, “each one, teach one.” For the past 15 years, Ebony has been managing non-profit activities. She is the CEO of Unique Interventions for Youth, Ebony serves youth and families by implementing programming in five key areas: self-esteem empowerment; behavior modification; character education; social and life skills development.

Additionally, she serves as the Senior Research/Business Consultant for Shift Solutions firm where she conducts seminars and personal consultation on business development and operational excellence. Ms. Young proudly serves as an active board member for multiple organizations in South Carolina.  Ebony is a native of Newberry, South Carolina and the proud mother of four amazing children. She believes in dreaming big and her ultimate dream is to become a Supreme Court Judge.
